OCR COMPTA (new Version) : Extraction of invoice data with IA & Generic Patterns
MBH OCR is an AI-powered intelligent document processing solution that combines OCR, Generative AI, and LLM technologies to automatically extract, understand, classify, and process accounting data from scanned documents and invoices. The platform evolved from a traditional rule-based OCR system into a smarter AI-driven solution, improving data extraction accuracy, reducing manual processing, and streamlining accounting workflows.

OCR COMPTA – This web application dedicated to accountants aims to save time in processing invoice binders. It permits :
- Extraction of fields (e.g. VAT, Amount including tax, invoice number, etc.) quickly from invoices in image or PDF format
- Intelligent document understanding using LLMs to interpret invoice content and context.
- AI-assisted classification of invoices and accounting documents.
- Migration from static extraction patterns toward a hybrid OCR + rules + AI/LLM architecture.
- View key figures such as field detection success and failure rates for each supplier
- Manage customers
- Manage suppliers
- Manage accounting accounts for each customer
- Consult the list of scanned invoices and their fields which have been extracted
- Export the result of an OCR to an Excel file
- Reduction of manual data entry and improvement of accounting workflow automation
- Easily add a new supplier using an interface called ‘Test Lab’
- Frontend part to facilitate the addition of a new supplier with its model invoices as well as defining the patterns of each field to extract
