Multi-Santé is a digital health insurance platform developed for MyFidelity.com, designed to streamline customer acquisition and broker operations.
The solution allows policyholders to simulate health insurance plans online, instantly calculate pricing, and generate quotes, significantly reducing sales friction. On the business side, brokers benefit from a dedicated administration space to manage simulations, quotes, and insurance documents, improving operational efficiency and traceability.
By connecting the insurer Fidelidade directly with its customers through digital tools, the platform enhances engagement, accelerates decision-making, and supports scalable growth.
